• Our company had its start in an Austin living room, where a conference table, a fax machine and a copier constituted the first independent office for our founder, Debbie Hartzer. After years of working in law firms, Debbie knew there was a better way to equip law firms with accurate, timely administrative support by combining her experience and insight with modern technology and a top-quality team.
  • The market responded and TLC’s operations quickly outgrew the Hartzer living room (and family room and front hallway) on its way to four offices in 10 years. We constructed our new corporate office in 2019 in Southwest Austin to house our continually growing operations team. Located closer to employee homes and close enough to downtown law offices to keep product flowing in a timely fashion, our offices provide a warm, welcoming and supportive environment that leads to happy, motivated employees and even happier customers.
