Remote Online Depositions: The Legal Connection is skilled and stands ready to assist with your Online Remote Depositions using the latest technology to monitor and videotape your next deposition. The Legal Connection manages the meeting details, provides same to the necessary participants, and offers training sessions if a client is unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the application. Each deposition is assigned to a The Legal Connection technician who opens the meeting, verifies the correct parties and witnesses are in attendance, and helps troubleshoot any connection issues before the deposition begins. They are also available during the deposition to help with any other problems. For videotaped depositions, the The Legal Connection technician monitors the deposition in real-time and will start/stop the recording based on when the deposition is on/off the record. After the deposition is completed, The Legal Connection will encode and edit the video to a high-resolution MP4 format for your future use.
LiveFeed: If your deponents or parties are spread across the country, we can leverage our LiveFeed technology to deliver video, audio and scrolling transcript broadcasts online during a deposition. Remote participants can attend your deposition from anywhere in the world with Internet connectivity and even interact with on-site attorneys by using text chat.
